It can't just be us who is excited for the return of Bravo TV hit Below Deck? With Captain Lee back at the helm series 8 begins on Monday 2nd November and it promises to be a corker.
For starters the crew of My Seanna are heading back to the Caribbean for the first time since series 5. "It's been years since I've been in the Caribbean, and I've missed the hell out of it. White sandy beaches, crystal blue water," says Captain Lee Rosback

And, we're about to meet a whole new crew, well, apart from Eddie Lucas (who infamously had a brief fling with third stew Rocky in series 3) returns as Bosun. Last season we saw the departure chief stew Kate Chastain, the feisty Florida native who certainly left her mark on the Below Deck yacht with many memorable moments. Who could forget the blanket folding incident that looked like a penis, but she claimed was a rocket ship, luckily the charter guest took it in good humour.
She is replaced by Francesca Rubi who will be keeping things in ship shape in the interior with stews Elizabeth Frankini and Isabelle "Izzy" Wouters. And, we'll also see a new face in the galley. Rachel Hargrove becomes the yacht's first female chef since Mila Kolomeitseva who was sacked in series 4 of Below Deck Med.
Filming took place for the show just as the Covid-19 pandemic was spreading across the world and we see just how the crew react to it. This season promises to packed with all the drama we have come to expect from the yachtie life. Love it or loathe it Below Deck is compulsive viewing.
